If you’re looking for something differently delicious, then I hope you’ll give my slow cooker pumpkin butter a try.

I use my slow cooker a lot. I mean, A LOT! As a working mom, my slow cooker is the reason my family has food for dinner on a lot of nights.

I equate having a slow cooker in my kitchen to having a chef. I can give it my ingredients at the start of the day, and come home to delicious food magic at the end of the day.

I primarily use my slow cooker for main course meals….soups, chili, stews, casseroles, etc. I’ve made a few desserts too, and I often use it to keep things warm on a holiday buffet.

But when I ran across this recipe in my Grandma’s recipe box, my appreciation for my slow cooker reached a whole new level!

Before I even tell you how good this slow cooker pumpkin butter is to eat…let me just warn you about how good your home is going to smell while this is cooking.

I think we need a candle and home fragrance line called pumpkin butter. Just wait, you’ll be jumping on this bandwagon the first time you make a batch!

Here’s a video that shows you how easy it is to make this delicious pumpkin butter in a slow cooker. It’s a wonderful gift to share too, so find a pretty jar and gift this to family and friends.

How To Make Easy Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter

This pumpkin butter has such a nice texture and the flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, apple and maple all blend together for a tasty touch for your foods.

I like to use this pumpkin butter mixed in to oatmeal, vanilla yogurt, on a biscuit, as a dip for graham crackers, or even just on a spoon to satisfy an afternoon craving.

My Mom loves this on an english muffin in the morning, and it’s also really good on poundcake and gingerbread.

I’m anxious for you to try it and I hope you’ll let me know how you use it!
