Easy Tomato Spice Cake
With just five simple ingredients, this tomato spice cake is just as easy to make as it is delicious! Perfect for fall, but great as a year-round treat.
Ingredients
- 1 (13.25-15.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
- ½ cup milk ( I like 2%)
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
- 3 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F, and grease a 9x13-inch cake pan. Set it aside.
- Whisk together the cake mix, milk, tomato soup, eggs. and cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined. Pour into the prepared, greased pan.
- Bake around 28-33 minutes in the oven (until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool out of oven completely, and top with frosting if desired.
This cake is delicious all on its own, but if you ask me, a little cream cheese frosting takes it to the next level! The tangy frosting pairs perfectly with the warm spices and makes every slice feel extra special.

It’s a fun recipe to bring to a family gathering, holiday get-together, or anytime you want to surprise your guests with something a little different. And remember, you can always let them guess the secret ingredient before revealing it!
