You can make this recipe in both a full-size version and mini versions. I like to make mini pies for gifting (youβd be surprised how many people like key lime year round!).

These easy baked blondies are a bakerβs dream, no matter what your level of baking experience may be! Why do I love these blondies? The recipe calls for basic, pantry ingredients. You can mix these up by hand in a single bowl.

If you havenβt heard of kitchen sink cookies, Iβm thrilled to be the one to introduce you to them. Theyβre loaded with mix-ins like pretzels, chocolate chips and moreβ¦ you really canβt go wrong with a snack-packed cookie.
The name comes from the phrase βeverything but the kitchen sinkβ and you can add practically anything thatβs sitting in your pantry. Leftover Halloween candy, bottom-of-the-bag potato chips, the few cookie crumbles that no one will eat.
