It’s rich and incredibly decadent. So decadent in fact, that I’m not sure I could eat more that one piece. But that one piece is all you need to give your sweet tooth exactly what it wants!

Banana and Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies
Did you know that Elvis Presley was the king of banana and peanut butter sandwiches?
Well, I’d like to say these banana and peanut butter breakfast cookies are just as legendary as Elvis himself! Well, almost 😉
I’ve been making these cookies for over 30 years. In fact, I started making them when I was working as a news reporter in my first TV job in West Lafayette, Indiana!
They’ve always been a great grab-and-go breakfast and they’re super easy to pack in a bag for mid-day snacking.

Banana Cake with Lemon Buttercream Frosting
Lemon and banana may not strike you as a delectable flavor combo. But the second you try this cake, you’ll understand why it’s such a hit.
The tangy lemon buttercream mixed with lemon zest perfectly pairs with the buttery, vanilla-touched banana cake. One of the things I enjoy most about this cake is that it’s made with super simple ingredients you may already have in your home!
