Like most people, I clear my drawers of my warm-weather clothes to make room for my scarves, jeans and cold-weather essentials. However, apparel isn’t the only thing that takes a 180 this time of year.

While I reach for my lightweight beauty products during the spring and summer, my skin begs for moisture and restoration when the weather cools down. So just like my shorts and tanks, I put away some of my favorite makeup and skincare products and swap them for fall favorites that are seasonally appropriate.

I love my Black Honey Lipstick from Clinique.

I know that not everyone has the same skin type or product preferences, but I wanted to share some of my fall beauty favorites that may help your skin and hair for the next few months. I’m talking hydrating lotions, sophisticated lip colors and even my go-to eye makeup palettes!

So hold tight and let me give you an inside look at my medicine cabinet full of my fall beauty picks. Just click on the highlighted blue link for more product information.

My Skincare Picks For Fall

The Lancer Acid Peel can be found HERE.

Fall is the perfect time to ditch the summer skin and slough away the dry, dull skin with this Lancer Caviar Lime Peel. I’m a huge fan of this fall beauty brand because there’s no bite or burn (maybe a slight tingle) and you’ll be left with a smooth, refreshed layer of glowing skin.

I use this peel regularly, like every other week. Luckily, a little goes a long way and it will last you for months.

Get my favorite hand cream HERE.

This is a fall beauty product I’ve been using for almost 30 years… not even joking! Whether you have dry or troubled skin, the Aveda Hand Cream is moisturizing and lightweight which is ideal for the winter months. I’m also a huge fan of the Aveda Foot Relief too. Your feet have never been so soft!

Find my Jo Malone pick HERE.

The Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt Body Cream has been one of my signature fragrances for nearly five years now. I receive so many compliments on how good I smell when I wear it and I adore the subtle sea salt notes and sage additions.

It’s even more beneficial during the winter when I use it more often to get some moisture into my otherwise dry skin… it doesn’t permanently dry your skin out and leaves and incredible scent behind!

Find the body milk HERE.

The Josie Maran Body Milk is one of my favorite fall beauty products from the company. It’s a serum for your body and won’t leave your skin feeling greasy or slick after applying. Use this before your body moisturizer. If you’re wanting extra soft skin or arms this is the one you should reach for!

Find this splurge-worthy cream HERE.

I’ve talked about it before and I’m going to address it now, the La Mer Moisturizing Cream is definitely on the higher end in terms of price. However, it’s honestly the best in terms of the skin care products I’ve used throughout the years. I buy one jar in the fall, and it lasts me until spring, so while it’s a splurge, it’s a one time purchase that lasts me many months. A little goes a long way but your skin will absolutely rejoice when you apply this miracle product!

Get this cream set HERE.

I’ve used Philosophy shower gels for decades (yes! decades!). I love changing up the fragrances with the seasons. For fall, the Philosophy Fresh Cream Set is perfect. It has a comforting fragrance, a soft, cashmere feeling and it’s perfect for changing up your routine for fall.

Find the Sara Happ lip scrub HERE.

As the temperatures drop, the Sara Happ Lip Scrub lip scrub is my go-to for refreshing my skin. It gently sloughs off the bits of dry skin on your lips. I love to follow it with the Tatcha Lip Mask and put it on my lips every single night without fail. A little goes a long way!

FInd my favorite hair masque HERE.

I’ve always loved the Kerastase line of products and the Kerastase Nutritive Hair Masque one is a top-notch contender. The same way our skin needs hydration, our hair needs hydration as well! You’ll want to leave it in your hair for at least 10 minutes and then rinse afterwards.

My Fall Beauty Makeup Picks

Find the lip balm HERE.

There’s a reason why the Clinique Black Honey Lip Balm has been around for almost 40 years… it looks good on everyone! I love it for the fall. It is sheer but has some depth to the color. It feels good on your lips too.

Find the eye base HERE.

I’m so excited about the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Eye Base because I’ve been a brand devotee forever! I’ve used the face base version of this product forever and I’m thrilled about this version for the eye area.

This is a multi tasker, so think of it as your primer and moisturizer in one. You’ll love the way your concealer glides over it!

Find my new eyeshadow pick HERE.

The Smashbox Cover Shot Eyeshadow palette has been my go-to for the past few months. I’ve experimented for a while, but this one has a creaminess that doesn’t make my lids look dry or uneven. It has versatile shades that work great for anyone at any age.

Find the mascara HERE.

The Cle De Peau Mascara is definitely a splurge product but in my opinion, it’s the best mascara out there. I’ve used it regularly since my days at QVC. I just need one coat and it goes on evenly. But I can also layer a few coats and my lashes look more dramatic without too much buildup or looking cartoonish. I like it so much, that if I could only “splurge” on one beauty product, this would be it. It’s that good.

The Lancome mascara can be found HERE.

Since the Cle de Peau is so pricey, I wanted to share my backup favorite. The Lancome Grandiose Mascara is one that will glide on smoothly and separates all your lashes so that your makeup looks natural. I’m talking volume and length at the same time… what more can you ask for!

Find the Clinique eyeliner HERE.

I recently needed to replace some of my eyeliners and I gave the Clinique Eyeliners a try. Already, I’m hooked. It has a great formula and I love the way it goes on smooth and pigmented.

Find my go-to lip liner HERE.

If there is one thing I’m asked more than anything else when it comes to my makeup it’s usually what lip gloss I’m wearing!

Here’s my secret…it’s the liner that makes all the glosses look good! This Laura Mercier Lip Liner is what really makes it stand out! Chestnut is my go to color and I use it to both outline and fill in my lips. Top it off with gloss and you’re ready to go!

My Fall Beauty “Look”

So in this picture, I’m wearing all of the beauty items I featured above. From a little more depth to my lip color, to the easy nudes of the eye shadow, this is my fall makeup look. I like it!

Whether or not these beauty products work for you, I hope I was able to provide some inspiration to your routine! Let me know if you try something new!

From my home to yours,

Jill
