You are going to love this easy chicken tetrazzini casserole!

I’ve been making this meal for almost 35 years. When I was out on my own after college, this was my go-to recipe when I wanted to invite friends over for a homemade dinner.

It is easy to make, doesn’t use a lot of expensive ingredients, and truth be told, it makes a lot, so I always had leftovers for another meal.

Easy tetrazzini casserole

If you want to make this recipe even easier, feel free to use a store-bought rotisserie chicken. I usually like to serve this with tossed salad, some steamed broccoli and a loaf of crusty bread. I can’t wait for you to try this easy and delicious recipe!
