If you’re looking for some easy Holiday ideas, you’ve come to the right place.
There’s going to be a lot on our plates in the next month and a half (and I don’t mean that big mound of mashed potatoes and gravy on Thanksgiving!)
There’s decorating to do. Menus and meals to plan. There’s shopping and wrapping and baking and cleaning and (possibly?) traveling too.

I know, it’s a time of year we love! And it’s a time of year that can wear you out.
I thought the best way I could help make this season a little less stressful for you was to share some easy holiday ideas and recipes.
I hope you find some inspiration from the ideas below!
Let There Be Holiday Light
What’s the easiest thing you can do to decorate for the holidays?
Add light. Everywhere.
Take a look at how I love to use a collection of votives to create a dreamy centerpiece for my coffeetable.
Here’s an assortment of votives and trays to help you recreate my look from the video, but if you have an assortment already, have fun putting together your own eclectic collection! Just click on any of the images to learn more about the items.
And don’t miss the simple recipes I’m sharing with you down further in the blog! (plus a little preview of how I’m decorating my dining room this year! )
Entertaining Made Easy
I love to cook and bake for my friends and family. I’ve come to learn that it’s the way I show my love and affection for them. I certainly hope they feel the love in every bite because it’s really in there!
But I have to admit…sometimes, this love affair I have with making everything from scratch can be exhausting. I tell myself, I’m doing it for my family because this person loves this dish and that person always raves about that dessert, but c’mon, there has to be an easier way!
I’ve found a few tried and true recipes over the years that are easy to make and make me look like a star.
When I’m making a meat and cheese tray, aka, the charcuterie board, I always like to include something savory.
These zesty ranch crackers are so simple to make and are the perfect touch of homemade to add as part of your snack tray. (I love them in place of croutons in a salad and on soup too!).
And one of the easiest holiday recipes I can offer to you is my 3 ingredient peanut butter kiss cookies.
There is no flour in this cookie, so they’re great for friends who are gluten free. The result is the softest, most peanut buttery cookie! I hope they make your holiday cooking baking a lot easier!
More Easy Holiday Decor To Come!
I’m excited about how I’m going to decorate my home for the holidays this year. I always like to have a subtle theme to the way I put it together and I never know where the inspiration will come from or what I can repurpose to make the old feel fresh and new.
Imagine my surprise when I realized my parent’s wedding china would be the perfect finishing touch to my dining room table!
Here’s a little sneak peek into some of the elements I’ll be using. I’m so excited!
I hope you’ll come on back to Just Jill next Friday to see the finished result. My Mom is excited that her china will be featured front and center. I thought that was so cute 🙂
