There’s something extra special about getting a homemade gift. I still have a collection of cards from the kids—you know, the ones with stick figures and glitter? I can’t throw them away!
But when the homemade gift is edible, it takes special to a whole new level. That’s why I love this super simple Cookies and Cream Fudge recipe.

My close friend Jill shared it with me over 30 years ago and I’ve been making it every year since.
One of my favorite times to whip up a batch is during the holidays when I needed something quick to bring to a neighborhood Christmas party. I just toss it on a festive plate and the next thing you know, every piece is gone!
The good thing about this fudge is that it isn’t just a holiday recipe. Because it takes very little time, I like to make it for movie nights, parties and even tailgates. Plus, it’s always a hit with the kids!

I love making this recipe because it’s always a hit with kids and takes very little time. It’s a great homemade gift of food during the holidays, too.
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups Oreos, crushed
Instructions
- Grease an 8” x 8” square pan with butter.
- Melt the chips and milk in a medium-size saucepan over low heat.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla and crushed cookies.
- Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and chill.
- Cut into small squares before serving.
I typically use the classic Cookies and Cream Fudge recipe when I make this at home. But that doesn’t mean you can’t change it up a bit! Add some chocolate chip cookies to the mix or incorporate a few red and green M&M candies for the holidays.
In fact, one of my favorite ways to make it is with Nutter Butter cookies! Not too shocking knowing my love for peanut butter, right? You can also plate it on a red, checkered plate for summer barbecues. I’m sure it will give those s’mores a run for their money!
Whether you give it as a gift or keep it all to yourself, I hope you’re able to enjoy this Cookies and Cream fudge very soon.
From my kitchen to yours,
Jill
