Easy No-Bake Energy Bites

These easy bites are filling, tasty, and easy to make. Whip up a batch for a quick on-the-go snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (I use old fashioned)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground mill flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (I use natural)
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a large bowl and mix with a spatula until well combined.
  2. Reach into the bowl and form small balls from the mixture. Each one should be about an inch to an inch and a half in diameter.
  3. When they're all on a tray or baking sheet, pop them in the refrigerator to harden up a bit.
  4. Eat immediately or store in a container for a quick, midday snack.
