Valentine’s Day, like any other holiday, can get pricey pretty quickly. With that said, I love giving a little gift to my family and friends to show them how much they mean to me.
For example, I always get my kids a little something to open on the holiday. When Trevor was little, I usually gave him a Lego set or those Lego figures. He loved his little “guys” and played with them constantly. These days, I like to give him a new piece of red Phillies gear.
Kylie is a fan of soft, cozy things so a pair of fuzzy socks or a throw blanket is a go-to for her. But when she was younger, I always got her Breyer horses so she could play with a new “pony.”
None of these Valentine’s Day Gifts are big, but they appreciate the little token.
If you’d like to give a little something to your loved one this holiday, I have a perfect list for you. It’s filled with some affordable and meaningful gifts that you can share with your children, spouse or best friend.

If Your Valentine Needs To Relax
Help your dear family member or friend relax with a few of these picks. I’m sure we could all use some time to unwind!

Whenever I’m trying to relax, I’ll always have a candle lit nearby. I love this HomeWorx Blooming Citronella Candle because it’s filled with scents like lavender blossom, neroli, mountain laurel and orange citrus. When it runs out you can turn the jar into a pot holder for plants.

When the weather is cold, there’s nothing I love more than dressing in a robe and slippers. Since I’m a fan of UGG in general, I wanted to show you these UGG Koolaburra Faux-Fur Slippers. They come in a few colors but the pink makes them perfect for Valentine’s Day.

You can get this Clinique Happy Gelato Cream for any friend looking to unwind after a long day. It’s designed to leave skin lightly scented and super soft. What a treat after a tough week!

Plenty of people like using essential oils. But if you have a friend or loved one who still hasn’t tried them, you can jumpstart their interest with this Pure Enrichment Essential Oils Diffuser. It changes colors when it’s turned on and comes with a two-year warranty.
Valentine’s Day Gifts For The Kids
Gift your kiddos something that will make their eyes light up. I found a few ideas that may work for your little one as well!

I selfishly recommend these Lip Smacker Lip Balms because I loved them as a kid. I also gave them to Kylie for years! This set includes 10 flavors from cotton candy to vanilla. If you ask me, any young girl will love them.

What I love about Play-Doh is it gets kids’ imaginations running. This Play-Doh Super Color 20-Pack features all the colors of the rainbow — perfect for creating buildings, little masterpieces and more.

For some reason, teenagers LOVE having glowing things in their room. (Remember the hype around lava lamps?) These Red Heart Curtain Lights are made with a bunch of LED lights that are sure to brighten up their Valentine’s Day.

I remember the days when I read a book to my kids every night before they went to bed. I didn’t realize it at the time, but those are some of my fondest memories over the years.
If you have a young child or grandchild, I recommend the Llama Llama I Love You by Anna Dewdney as one of their Valentine’s Day Gifts. The rhyming is so fun and the meaning behind the words is even better.
Gifts For The Person With A Sweet Tooth
We all have one. Well, at least most of us… Plus, Valentine’s Day is made for all those sweet treats!

Kylie is my chocolate and caramel girl so I always gave her something to help those little cravings. These Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares seem like a good option for Valentine’s Day because they’re speckled in pink and have a tasty combination of white chocolate, dark chocolate and strawberry!

If your loved one isn’t a huge fan of candy, you can still give them a sweet gift this Valentine’s Day. I like these Creative Crispies Valentine’s Treats which are made with rice crispy treats, festive sugar and fondant.

Looking for some decadent chocolates that won’t break the bank? You can gift this Lindt Gourmet Truffle Heart which is sure to hit the spot for any chocolate lover.

Okay, the only reason I recommend these sour gummies is because they’re Trevor’s favorite. His palate is the opposite of Kylie’s but he sure has a sweet tooth as well.
Cooking Gifts For The Chef In Your Life
If you have a cook or a want-to-be cook on your list, you can find some Valentine’s Day kitchen essentials below.

Dash is known for their useful kitchen gadgets and their most popular product is the Dash Mini Waffle Maker. It comes in an assortment of colors but I can’t take my eyes off this red one. I also love that it only takes a couple minutes to heat up!

I almost added a few of these Kitchen Towel Sets to my cart when I saw them. I mean, look at that adorable mug pattern! This set comes with two towels made with absorbent cotton. And if you ask me, you can use them year-round!

Gone are the days when you had to lug out a massive blender to make your favorite smoothie. Now, you can opt for the BlendJet Wireless Blender which is compact, easy to use and rechargeable.
Other Valentine’s Day Gifts I Found
Per usual, I couldn’t stop browsing! So I added a few more gifts to make this holiday a memorable one. Enjoy!

Isn’t this red-tone gorgeous? I sure think so. Essie created a whole line of Valentine’s Day polishes (including a pink and a shimmery gold), but my favorite is this Tug at Harpstrings Color.

Does your Valentine enjoy a cup of joe in the morning? If so, their early-morning routine is about to get even more enjoyable with these Stackable Heart Mugs.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I love loungewear. I found this Life Is Good Heart Shirt and thought it would be the perfect addition for this list. The company always seems to make high-quality products and a simple tee like this can be worn in or out of the house.

None of us thought we’d be wearing masks for almost a year, but it’s still very relevant in most communities. If you still have to wear a mask, you can make it more enjoyable with this Valentine’s Day Face Mask. The little hearts can brighten anyone’s day. Don’t you think?

Decorate your home with this Heart Lumbar Pillow. I can see it working with everything from rustic to farmhouse decor.
Did this give you some good ideas for Valentine’s Day Gifts? I sure hope so! I already have my eye on the Blendjet and those kitchen towels. Which ones are your favorites?
From my home to yours,
Jill
