With a creamy cheesecake base and a tart yet sweet cherry topping, this dessert may seem like a summertime treat. But I’m telling you… you’ll enjoy it no matter the season!
It’s really simple to make—meaning it’s great if you need to whip something up last minute. It’s also no-bake!
Apple Pie with Cinnamon Streusel Topping
Pie is the dessert of the season.
But this recipe takes apple pie to a whole new level thanks to a secret ingredient.
Oh, you want me to let you in on the secret? I suppose 🙂
I add sour cream (yes, sour cream) to the recipe which brings out the apple flavor and takes your tastebuds on an adventure.
It’s also topped with cinnamon streusel topping. The added texture brings life to every bite!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie
While we’re on the subject of pie, let me introduce to you my Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie.
It takes your classic pumpkin pie to a whole new level. And it even includes a little chocolate!
It feels decadent thanks to the creamy cheesecake layer. Trust me when I say that the chocolate and pumpkin go together PERFECTLY too!
It’s one you’ll just have to try to know how good it is. And Thanksgiving is the perfect opportunity!
2-Ingredient Snack Cake
We’ll stick with the pumpkin theme for a minute while I share my 2-Ingredient Snack Cake.
I know it doesn’t look like it includes a whole lot of pumpkin… but that’s half of the recipe!
Truly. Making this tasty cake only requires a box of cake mix and a can of pumpkin!
A little stirring, a few minutes in the oven, and some patience while cooling and you’ll be well on your way to enjoying an autumn-inspired dessert.
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl Cake
Last year, I created a brand new recipe inspired by the snack cake above.
I call it my Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl Cake and you’ll be shocked at how simple it is to make and how much flavor you get in each bite.
I made this cake in a bundt pan and love how beautifully it turned out. The side view is impeccable… but the taste gives you even more to love.
Because it’s loaded with pumpkin, it actually has some decent nutritional benefits. So I won’t judge if you eat it for breakfast a mid-day snack and dessert!
Apple Brownies
If you’re looking for a dessert that feels like fall in every bite, look no further than my Apple Brownies.
I first tried them when I was a young reporter and immediately knew I needed the recipe.
Fast forward to today, and I still make them every fall!

Oh, this Harvest Apple Cake.
The cream cheese frosting… the subtle tartness of the apple… the spice in the cinnamon… it’s one of those recipes people will be asking for at the end of the night!
Not only is this one of my favorite desserts, it’s one of my Mom’s, too! She even requested it for her birthday last year. We were all happy to share!
The shredded apple keeps the cake moist and you can even turn it into a cupcake recipe for easy-to-snag bites!
Historic Maine Inn Pecan Pie
I just love how a sweet dessert can bring everyone together. And if it’s a crowd favorite, you know the whole crew with gather round!
That’s what you’ll get with this classic Pecan Pie recipe.
The name of this recipe comes from a trip to Maine I took with my parents. One bite of that pecan pie and I was in heaven!
We were lucky enough to talk to the owner of the inn and he gave us the recipe. I’ve been making it ever since!
